Jessica Lynne Launches Kickstarter Campaign for Her Debut CD

Aug. 17, 2011 - PRLog -- SEATTLE – Seattle’s Spiritual Cowgirl is turning to the Internet to make her debut music album a reality.

“I am looking to the music community to help me bring my debut music album to fruition,” said Jessica Lynne, a Seattle-based country musician. “I know there are people willing to support artists to help bring new voices to the music scene.”

Lynne has turned to the popular Internet website Kickstarter to utilize the power of crowdsourcing to help make her dream of a debut music album a reality. She needs to raise a total of $2,000 by Saturday, September 17 to be able to cut her first CD.

“I have only 30 days left to make my goal and be able to fund the creation of my debut music album,” she said. “I need to have fans of country music turnout to support my Kickstarter campaign.”

Jessica Lynne is offering special recognition from supporters that pledge $5.00 or more on her Kickstarter campaign. Chip in $5.00 and she will provide you with a special thank you on her website and a cool high-five when she sees you in person. Pledge $50 or more and receive a signed hard copy of the EP, a handwritten thank you note and the other features for the lower donations. Pitch in $100 and score a meet-and-greet coffee with Jessica as well as the rest of the really cool features.

“I really appreciate the support of my donors of my Kickstarter campaign,” she said. “Every donation together will help me achieve my dream and share it with my supporters and fans.”

Lynne grew up in Denmark and now calls Seattle home. Her musical style is being compared to Bobbie Gentry, the Charlie Daniels Band and even Patsy Cline. Her Kickstarter campaign will fund half of her debut album which she will use to promote herself to radio stations, music promoters and labels all over the world.
