Hitflics.com to Host Action On Film Festival 2011 Filmmaker and Celebrity Interviews

Aug. 17, 2011 - PRLog -- Pasadena, CA – Hitflics.com and Action On Film will team together in further promoting filmmakers and celebrities who were in attendance at July’s highly selective Action On Film International Film Festival in Pasadena, California. Interviews by both the AOF team and the Hitflics team were offered to each accepted AOF filmmaker/celebrity and will be shared on the Hitflics.com website in coming weeks.

“We are very excited for all our filmmakers to have the chance to further market themselves and their films by way of the Hitflics.com website. This collaboration will allow the talented filmmakers to screen, distribute, and market their material, which will undoubtedly lead to their success in sales and distribution deals. We could not be more excited for our team of filmmakers,” says festival creator and director, Del Weston.

Throughout the festival’s nine-day run July 22-30, more than 500 short and feature films were screened at Pasadena’s Regency Academy Theater and Arclight Theater. Notable attendees include actors John Savage, Harry Lennix, Michael Des Barres, Kim Coates, Richard Norton, and animator Bill Plympton. More than 300 interviews were conducted during the nine days of the festival.

Hitflics.com founder and creator, Pamela Gabriel, says, “The filmmakers’ vision is our quest.
