Saturday Night “Live” At Mezzanine: "The Artists And Brands Showcase"

Aug. 17, 2011 - PRLog -- Planet LA Records, INDIE VIXENS and partners: iBand, Earbits, Independent Distribution Collective (IDC), Ruce’s Playlist, CommerceSocial and friends will host an artists and brands showcase on Saturday, August 20, 2011 from 7 pm to 2 am at Mezzanine in San Francisco. Mezzanine is located at 444 Jessie Street @ Mint
 in San Francisco and has a capacity up to 1000. A music technology and brand to band panel and mixer will take place from 7pm to 8pm prior to the music showcase which starts at 8 pm.  The “Artists and Brands Showcase” will raise funds for the Fender Music Foundation and introduce a futuristic business model for the “New Music Industry.”  A portion of all tickets sold has been designated to go directly to the foundation on the behalf of Planet LA, INDIE VIXENS and partners.

Brand supporters of the event include: Line 6, SnapFiesta, Vitamin Water, Devotion Vodka, Rev7 gum, and more. “The goal of the “Artists and Brands Showcase,” is to align new media, nonprofit and business platforms to generate revenue, cause awareness, and strategic alliances between music and brands,” state Mark Nguyen of Los Angeles based, Planet LA Records.
