RecruitMilitary expects more than 30 employers, franchisors, and educational institutions to reserve exhibitor booths at the Expo. Already signed up are Acushnet Company, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Citizens Financial Group Inc., DeVry University, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Eze Castle Software, First Command Financial Planning, 1st Marine Corps District Prior Service Recruiting, General Dynamics – Electric Boat, Grand Canyon University, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), MIT Lincoln Laboratory, National Grid, the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, the National Veterans Employment Program (NVEP) of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, New York Life, QinetiQ North America Technology Solutions Group, Raytheon, SGS North America Inc., TD Bank NA, the Art Institutes, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Troy University, Tufts Health Plan, United States Army Natick Soldier RD&E Center, Veterans Incorporated, and Waste Management Inc.
RecruitMilitary (http://www.recruitmilitary.com) will produce the Expo in cooperation with The American Legion (http://www.legion.org), an association of veterans who served during times of war. The Legion has 2.4 million members in nearly 14,000 posts throughout the world. Congress chartered the association in 1919.
RecruitMilitary has scheduled 19 additional Expos for 2011. Those events will take place in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Norfolk, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, San Diego, and Tacoma. The company will produce 61 Expos in 2012.
