Aug. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- Speaking Channel TV's newest PR talk-show Inside Communications has released its latest interview with Joy Expert Kate Forster.

Ms. Forster recently sat down with host Mike Bako at Inside Communication's studio in Midtown Manhattan to discuss how she's able to face a hectic life in Manhattan – from the smallest and saddest, to the biggest and happiest – and see the joy in everything life has to offer.

With her blog, Joyous Joys, Ms. Forster is given a platform to share her life's joys with her followers. Her current goal for the blog: writing 100 Joys by May 2012, the blog's one-year anniversary. Ms. Forster also gives her followers the chance to share their own life adventures by posting comments on her posts and sharing their own stories.

“The blog is a really great way to think about life and the good things in it,” explained Ms. Forster, “I just hope my blog brings as much value to other people's lives as it does to mine!”
