M. Baxter Appointed as Borders Consumer Privacy Ombudsman

Aug. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- FAIRLESS HILLS, Pa. -- Michael St. Patrick Baxter of Covington & Burling LLP has been named as consumer privacy ombudsman in relation to the proposed sale of Borders Group, Inc.'s intellectual property assets.

Bankruptcy Judge Martin Glenn of New York has given Borders permission to implement proposed procedures for the auction and sale of its IP assets.  Deadline of bid submission has been set for Sept. 8, 2011.
