The Inventory Institute
Advisory Board members meet regularly and discuss strategies for the professional advancement of the Home Inventory Profession and the many projects that accompany ringing an entire industry into a new era. The Inventory Institute’s Advisory Board’s main goal is to promote and protect HIPs.
Regina Hoover of The Inventory Authority based in Nashville, Tennessee accepted the appointment of 2011-2012 Advisory Board Member of The Inventory Institute. Regina was nominated for the Advisory Board because of her dedication and time spent brainstorming networking techniques and marketing tips for new HIPs.
Regina has more than eight years of experience as a Middle Tennessee business owner, and more than fifteen years of experience serving as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Regina currently maintains an active certified real estate appraiser license in the State of Tennessee. However, recent changes in the appraisal industry and personal experiences with a natural disaster prompted Regina to change her career focus.
“Because of the devastating floods that plagued Nashville in 2010, I am determined to educate. Educate home and business owners and members of the music industry about how important it is to have a home and business inventory prepared by a reputable 3rd party professional.”
“The floods were unstoppable, but the hearts and minds of Nashville’s people rose above the tragedy. I take great pride in helping Nashville be more prepared, whatever the future may bring. Simply having insurance is not enough. You must ensure your insurance with the proof required at the time of the claim. An inventory provides all of that and peace of mind. That is priceless.”
Regina is an active networker in the Nashville area with 6 years of experience in Business Network International (BNI) and currently serves as Vice President of a local women’s networking organization, Business Women Networking Together (BWNT).
Regina lives in Portland, Tennessee with her husband, Andrew and two sons. Contact Regina at www.TheInventoryAuthority or 615-812-9158.
