Sir Speedy Renews Leslie Porterfield Sponsorship of Land-Speed Record Pursuit

Aug. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Sir Speedy recently welcomed Leslie Porterfield to their International Convention in Las Vegas, celebrating a successful first year of sponsorship and looking forward to a second. In 2010 Leslie attempted to become the fastest person in the world on her turbocharged Sir Speedy Honda. She already holds a Guinness World Record as the fastest woman in the world on two wheels, having reached 232.5 mph at Utah’s Bonneville Salt Flats in 2008. She is currently preparing for a series of fall speed events in Utah where she will ride four motorcycles in four different classes. All bikes will be adorned with the Sir Speedy logo.
