Great Yarmouth gets set to welcome Festival of Bowls for four weeks of the nation’s best bowling

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 15, 2011 - As the biggest outdoor open bowling event in the country, it attracts more than 1800 participants competing in men’s, women’s and mixed teams for singles, pairs and triples titles over four weeks of play on the greens by the Britannia Pier. The tournament has grown consistently over the last six decades, and this year's event looks set to be no different.

Spectators really enjoy the event too with plenty of benches and seating around the arena from which to watch the day's play. Close to the ‘Golden Mile’ there is plenty more to see and do to keep everyone entertained.
