Polenberg Cooper's Mark Nichols Named Incoming Chair Of Florida Bar Business Litigation Committee

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 15, 2011 - Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – Mark Nichols, an attorney with the commercial litigation firm Polenberg Cooper, P.A., has been named incoming chair for the Business Litigation Committee of The Florida Bar’s Business Law Section. Nichols also has been appointed to a second term as chair for the Business Law Committee of the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.

Nichols is heavily involved in professional activities. He is a business litigation representative to The Florida Bar’s LLC Drafting Task Force. In addition, he is a member of the Membership Board for the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Division.  

Nichols is admitted to practice in Florida state courts and the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He earned a law degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration: Finance from the University of Florida.
