The Cheshire-based software experts has also supplied the fast-growing PC parts and repair company with their new low-cost Cocentric business software package which was launched in January.
Triangle Managing Director, Mr Tim Thomas-Peter, speaking from the company’s Lower Withington HQ said: “We’re excited to be using Triangle’s full capabilities with a single client.
“Laptop Power are taking advantage of our extensive business systems expertise in a specialist area of their operation and also saving costs in the business by implementing Cocentric to co-ordinate their everyday operations.”
Triangle had been developing the detailed system specification for the company when other business needs came to light. These revolved around the day to day running of the company but in particular, coordination of the retail outlets.
“Laptop Power asked us to provide Cocentric and the software is now operating successfully in the business. When the new bespoke system is in place, everything will work hand-in-hand with Cocentric,” added Mr Thomas-Peter.
Mark Roughley, a director of Laptop Power, which he launched four years ago in partnership with his brother Andrew, said Cocentric would assist the smooth running of the company’s nationwide on-line laptop parts service.
“It will also be used at our retail outlet at Hunts Cross in Liverpool where we offer a laptop repair service in addition to parts supply,” he added.
Laptop Power has been identified as one of the country’s fastest growing enterprises. It is now supplying laptop spare parts to a number of European countries.
