Dr. Jeremy Pyle Joins Surgical Staff at Raleigh Plastic Surgery Center

Aug. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- RALEIGH, NC – Raleigh Plastic Surgery Center, a leading provider of aesthetic and reconstructive excellence for over 35 years, is pleased to announce that Dr. Jeremy Pyle has recently joined the practice.  Dr. Pyle joins the practice after six years in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery training at Wake Forest University and is interested in a broad scope of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical solutions.

Dr. Pyle received his Bachelor of Science degree at The University of Dayton and attended medical school at The University of Illinois.  He is a member of the North Carolina Society of Plastic Surgeons, the North Carolina Medical Society, and the Wake County Medical Society.  Dr. Pyle grew up in the Midwest, but says he has always been attracted to North Carolina.

“My wife [Meghan] and I spent time in North Carolina after I graduated college—just driving across the state and enjoying the immense diversity of the landscape,” says Dr. Pyle.  “Meghan is an anesthesiologist and when the opportunity arose for both of us to practice in North Carolina, we jumped at it. I love this area because of its natural beauty, the people, its proximity to a number of great places, and the beautiful golf courses.”

Founded in 1974, Raleigh Plastic Surgery Center has been widely recognized as one of the best plastic surgery centers in the Triangle.  The practice’s plastic surgeons specialize in providing several procedures including facelifts, eye and brow surgery, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, breast reduction and lifts, otoplasty, abdominoplasty, liposuction, Botox and injectible fillers, as well as other cosmetic procedures.  In addition to cosmetic surgery, Raleigh Plastic Surgery Center also provides reconstructive procedures including breast reconstruction after breast cancer, skin cancer treatment and restoration, as well as surgical management of complex wounds and scars. Over the years, the practice has supported several charities and continues to remain active within their community.  Dr. Pyle says that one of the things that attracted him to the practice was its long-standing reputation within the industry and in the community.

“Raleigh Plastic Surgery Center gives me the opportunity to work with a well-respected and comprehensive plastic surgery practice in a great city,” says Dr. Pyle.  “It can be difficult to find a plastic surgeon and staff trained to and willing to address complicated and challenging problems.  Raleigh Plastic Surgery does that, and I wanted to be a part of it.”

Dr. Rhett High has been with Raleigh Plastic Surgery Center since 1996.  He says that he was impressed not only with Dr. Pyle’s knowledge and expertise, but also by his desire to personally connect with patients.

In 2009, Dr. Pyle was a volunteer physician (plastic, reconstructive, and general surgery) for Hospital Baptiste Biblique in Togo, West Africa.  The following year, through Partners of the Americas, he provided volunteer reconstructive burn surgery services in Cochabomba, Bolivia.  Raleigh Plastic Surgery Center’s Dr. Glenn Lyle says that Dr. Pyle represents the best and brightest in reconstructive surgery.

“I met Dr. Pyle almost two years ago at the NC Society of Plastic Surgery Meeting and have gotten to know him though the years,” says Dr. Lyle.  “He came highly recommended by the faculty at Bowman Gray Medical School’s Plastic Surgery Department.  We are fortunate to have him as part of Raleigh Plastic Surgery Center and look forward to his contribution and insights.”
