Video Web Conferencing - Wave of the Future

Aug. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- What is video or web conferencing - sometimes called teleconferencing - anyway?  And how can it be used to expand your business and save money?

Basically, video conferencing employs an audio and visual system to bring together people from different locations and allow them to interact face to face.  

Even a few years ago, this technology was in its infancy and very expensive; but now the technology has advanced to the point that an individual can interact with multiple people and locations at the same time, with clarity of sound and sharp images, allowing one to not only interface from different physical locations, but to use video, power point presentations and other technical means to make presentations.  

To give a few examples.  

Instead of a company with multiple locations around the country, or even the world, flying its personnel to a central location for a company conference, the company can now use its video conferencing system to allow all participants to interact onscreen together at one time, thus saving time and travel costs.

Or, in the case of a teacher or trainer, students can be reached all at once anywhere in the world.  

There are different video conferencing solutions out there. Costs vary widely, and technical difficulties vary widely; so it is important to have someone to guide an individual or company, small or large, to a system that saves money and at the same time is simple and easy to get up and keep running.
