Electronics Recycler eco International becomes member of NAID National Association for Information Destruction

In continuing with their efforts to maintain the highest levels of environmental awareness and data protection eco International becomes an active member of the National Association for Information Destruction.

Aug. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- NAID is the international trade association for companies providing information destruction services. Suppliers of products, equipment and services to destruction companies are also eligible for membership.

NAID's mission is to promote the information destruction industry and the standards and ethics of its member companies.

“This is a stepping stone to becoming certified”, said Gary Pasquale, eco International’s Quality Assurance/Compliance Manager.  “Our membership shows potential customers and the public we are serious in regards to data destruction”.  

In addition to the new NAID membership, eco International is also an R2 certified recycler, an ISO 14001:2004 certified company, and a Green Business Network approved recycler.

eco International is located in Vestal New York and serves a large customer base in the North East. The company specializes in dismantling of electronic scrap and secure data destruction.
