The Intelitech Group to Develop New Healthcare Add-On Module for CollectorTalk!

Aug. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- Vancouver, Wash.–August 12, 2011 - The Intelitech Group™, a business consulting practice and technology solutions provider for the collection industry, announced today it is developing a new healthcare collections add-on module for its computer-based training tool, CollectorTalk!. The new module is being created to specifically address “early out” and healthcare debt of the medical industry. Twenty new healthcare industry-themed sample calls will be featured for collectors to learn and practice their collection techniques. The Intelitech Group clients can deploy the new module in the first quarter of 2012.

CollectorTalk! teaches interpersonal skills through simulated debt-recovery scenarios. The software is designed to transfer classroom-based learning to job performance and allows collectors to practice negotiation techniques, while catering their approach to debtors.
