New Thought Social Club Holds First Function

Aug. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- The New Thought Center for Creative Living announces the formation of the New Thought Social Club, which offers positive social activities for those interested in any aspect of New Thought.

The Social Club presents a meeting ground for all who enjoy a positive environment without agenda.  The mission is “To grow a Spiritual community of loving, caring people who delight in friendship, love, abundance, and laughter.”  Membership is free.

Rev. Marla Sanderson, organizer of the club says, “I created this group to bring together people of like mind who are interested in New Thought, Spirituality, Metaphysics, and positive living. I like the idea of socializing and doing business with people who think along these lines, and see this as a way for us to get to know each other, learn, and have fun together.”

The first activity will be "Dinner and Delightful Downloads;" an early dinner interspersed with short video clips downloaded from the internet.  All the videos will be examples of humor, excellence, and positive entertainment.

It will be held on Sunday, August 21st at 5:00PM at Acropol Family Restaurant, 1770 Starkey Road in Largo FL.

There is no admission charge, and attendees will order dinner from the regular menu. Reservations are requested via http://www.meetup.com/new-thought-social-club.
