“ON THE SET WITH JASPER COLE” --Hollywood’s “Bad Guy” Jasper Cole Debuts a New Radio Show

Aug. 10, 2011 - PRLog -- Los Angeles – Jasper Cole has flourished on and off the set as an actor, writer, producer and manager. He will now tackle another outlet of the industry as he announces the premiere of his radio show, “On The Set with Jasper Cole” airing on Global Voice Broadcasting radio (www.gvbradio.com). The hour long show will debut Friday, September 2, 2011, at 6 P.M. and broadcast every Friday thereafter. The show will feature a variety of guests that will assist Jasper in taking listeners from on the set to behind the scenes.

“After 25 years of being both, in front of and behind a camera, I want to share my industry secrets and opinions in a fun way” said Cole. “Each week the show will give an inside look at the ins and outs of the entertainment industry. I want to introduce listeners to all aspects by featuring cinematographers, set producers, etc., not just above the line talent.”
The debut broadcast on September 2nd will feature Denise Boutte and other stars of TBS’s top-rated comedy series, Tyler Perry’s Meet The Browns and Why Did I Get Married? Listeners will learn about Denise’s rise in Hollywood and how Tyler changed her life. Together, Jasper and Denise will recap their journey and production relationship as well as their current projects.

A native of Athens, GA, Jasper Cole has tackled every corner of the entertainment industry and then some.  As a veteran character actor, Jasper has managed to compile a distinguished list of over 100 TV and film credits. Known for playing the “bad guy,” Jasper became an International Sensation as Val Kilmer’s sidekick “Zeke Pleshette” in the Comedy blockbuster MacGruber alongside Ryan Phillipe, Kristin Wiig and Will Forte.
Among Jasper’s laundry list of TV appearances include fan favorites such as CSI, Married with Children, Saved By The Bell, Touched by an Angel, Party of Five, La Femme Nakita, Tales from the Crypt,


Baywatch, Pacific Blue and Clueless.  Most recently, Jasper obtained critical acclaim for his work on Michael Eisner's Emmy nominated series Prom Queen, his unforgettable stint on CW’s Everybody Hates Chris and his recurring arc on the new ABC series, The Forgotten opposite Christian Slater.

Once established as Hollywood’s “bad guy,” it was only a matter of time before Jasper graced the big screen.  Throughout his career, Jasper has appeared in multiple film productions including 18 Again, Alien Nation, Get Your Stuff, Friday the 13th Part VIII, Reasonable Doubt ,TKO and the horror film Road Kill.  Jasper will continue his villainous streak in the upcoming films, Pumpkin Seeds and Betrayal Of Trust, which he also wrote.
