The Talent Board Welcomes Kenexa as Sponsor of The Candidate Experience Awards

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 10, 2011 - SAN FRANCISCO – The Talent Board, a non-profit organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience, today announced that Kenexa (NASDAQ: KNXA), a global provider of business solutions for human resources, is sponsoring the Candidate Experience Awards.

Designed to recognize the candidate experience offered by companies through the entire recruitment cycle, The Candidate Experience (C&E) Awards is a survey-based competition that covers the experiences of both passive and active job seekers. All Candidate Experience winners will be celebrated at a special reception during the 2011 HR Technology Conference in Las Vegas on Tuesday, October 4, 2011.

The competition consists of three survey rounds that evaluate and recognize organizations that produce outstanding candidate experiences. Those companies who entered Round One of the competition have participated in a 40-question survey designed to capture and evaluate the nominated company’s recruitment processes and practices. Qualified entrants have the option of advancing to Round Two of the competition, which involves access to a sampling of 2011 employment candidates using online survey tools. Those organizations that meet a standard of candidate experience based on first and second round results will be designated a 2011 C&E Award Winner.

Finalists will advance to round three, which involves an interview by a panel of judges who will determine “C&E with Distinction” award winners.  While all award winners will be celebrated during the HR Technology Conference, those “with Distinction” will share the special honor of including their candidate experience stories on The C&E Awards website.
