NEW Outdoor Folding Chair Woodworking Plans

Our NEW Outdoor Folding Chair, folds open then pulls apart for easy carrying and storage.  They are great for most outdoor activities like: backyard decks, boat decks, front porches, backyard lawns, at the beach, in the campgrounds, and in the garden.

Woodworker, Author, Designer; Jack Briscoe, designed and built his first chair in 1990.  Since then he has designed and built over one hundred woodworking and craft items.  

Our folding chair is lightweight and functional.  It’s easy to transport, stack, and store.  It offers a practical and efficient solution to seating at outdoor events under a wide variety of different circumstances.  

Talk about easy to build…  The legs are made from one board, simply by cutting the board in half.  What you do is place transfer paper or carbon paper on top of your wood, then place the full size paper template on top of that, next simply trace on top of the paper template and then cut them out with a band saw or a skill saw.  The back and the seat board slates are 2 ½” wide, simply cut them to the correct length and screw them onto legs and you now have a your very own Outdoor Folding Chair.  Chair Dimensions:  28" H x 34" D x 20" W
