ESTATE SALE OF THE CENTURY
Built in 1907 The Batcher Block Opera house holds original treasures uncovered for the first time in over fifty years. On the National Register of Historic Places, this beautiful opera house and the entire contents of antiques and highly collectible items will be sold. One weekend only Elite Estate Services presents The Batcher Block Opera House Estate Sale: Original architectural items, original stage backdrops, projectors, original theater seating, lighting, restaurant equipment, stained glass, and antiques large and small. Take with you a piece of history from this beautiful Opera House.  
AUGUST 18th – 21st 9:00am – 4:00pm
Owners Colleen Donley and Chris Frost ‘The Frost Twins’ will be offering the history within this beautiful Opera House to the public on August 18th – 21st from 9:00am – 4:00pm on all days. Elite Estate Services will be offering numbers to be first in the door on Thursday August 18th at 8:00am at the Batcher Block Opera House located at 418 2nd Avenue NE Staples, MN  56479. Due to declining health, the Frost twins have decided to sell their beloved opera house and the entire contents of its historical memories.
Elite Estate Services will be hosting the sale. There are silent bidding options for larger pieces at the sale, you may also call or email your bid in to Elite Estate Services prior to the sale. Bidding closes Saturday August 20th at 4:00pm. Elite Estate Services and the Frost twins invite you to come and catch a piece of history regardless of price or size.  Elite Estate Services has priced the items in the building to sell and you will not want to miss this historic event.
Offering pieces include original Mary Roberts Rinehart posters from her original plays from New York for the Batcher Block Opera House. Mary Roberts Rinehart is known worldwide for her playwrights and novels including: The Bat (1920), The Circular Stair Case (1908), Seven Days (Broadway comedy 1909), K. (1915) and many more.
