SalesLogistix Now Ranked #2 in Customer Satisfaction Among all Salesforce.com System Integrators

Salesforce.com’s AppExchange Customer Satisfaction Indicator Shows that Clients have Voted for SalesLogistix More Often than all but one Integrator

 
PRLog - Aug. 8, 2011 - SalesLogistix Corporation, the CRM Management Consultancy and certified Salesforce.com integrator, today announced that the company has reached second place worldwide in customer-satisfaction ranking among all the system integrators listed in Salesforce.com’s AppExchange.  As shown in the AppExchange’s customer ranking view, (http://appexchange.salesforce.com/results?type=Services&s...), SalesLogistix has a pure 5-star history of client votes, with total votes that rank higher than consultancies many times its size.  As can be seen in the AppExchange review and voting listing (http://appexchange.salesforce.com/reviews?listingId=a0N30...), SalesLogistix clients have been voting for the firm’s quality, cost, and schedule attributes steadily since 2009.  

“Client satisfaction has been the priority for us since our founding in 2005 – and now over 50% of our client base has gone public with a 5-star rating,” said David Taber, CEO of SalesLogistix.  “Unlike other vendors who have gamed their metrics, there are no double-counting in our votes.  Each one is indicative of a successful project and a continuing client relationship.”

The AppExchange is Salesforce.com’s online directory of consultancies and product partners, and every participant is subject to voting by their customers.  Voting is voluntary, but the system tracks and displays who the voter is, to limit artificial inflation of the votes.  The votes and commentary for consultants focus on project quality, cost, and completion date, and the ranking of votes is done automatically along several variables.  One of the variables – lifetime voting score – has been used in this comparison because it is less vulnerable to “gaming” or artificial internet tactics.
