You’re Hired! P2 Technologies Takes On New Apprentice

Aug. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Yorkshire based business IT support specialist P2 Technologies Ltd has taken on a new apprentice as part of Microsoft’s, Britain Works campaign.

Apprentice, Steven Thornton, will gain ‘real world’ experience by working at P2 in addition to industry standard qualifications by studying with QA, the UK’s leading training company. A bright spark, Steven decided that IT was the career for him and was pro-active in seeking out the apprenticeship scheme and being hired by P2.

For P2 customers to continue receiving excellent service and quality IT solutions, the apprenticeship scheme is a perfect opportunity to help shape the next generation of IT professionals under a period of strong growth.

Martin Page at P2 Technologies comments: “Since joining us, Steven has had an intensive induction and ‘shadowing’ program before taking responsibility for a number of important tasks within the team.
