Ira Rosenbloom, CPA, Optimum Strategies, LLC, To Speak At CPAx Tradeshow

Rosenbloom, CPA, Chief Operating Executive, Optimum Strategies, LLC, will be a Speaker at CPAx, an accounting tradeshow hosted by the Philadelphia Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).  The show is Tuesday, September 27th, 2011, Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast, 2400 Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose, PA.

Rosenbloom’s topic, “Wheel of Fortune,” provides game plans for gaining entrepreneurial contributions from an accounting firm’s staff.  Techniques will be explained which will demonstrate how to leverage employee strengths to gain maximum value and generate a financial windfall for the full firm.

Most recently, Ira was a Speaker at the 40th Annual National Conference of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), June 22-25, Rosen Shingle Creek Resort, Orlando, Fl.

His topic, “CPA Practices and Firms: CORE Operations – The Road to Operational Success on the CPA Super Highway,” delved into the operational advances required for various size firms and various stages of growth and success so leadership could remain comfortably in the drivers seat until they wanted to let some one else take control of the wheel of their practice or specialty group. It is a primer with emphasis on metrics, visibility, strategy and accountability.
