The calculated energy savings for Infiniti of Denver is 184,000 kWh annually, resulting in greenhouse gas reductions of 166 tons per year. The offices, common areas and service bays areas were converted from T12 to T8 lamps with NEMA high efficiency ballasts, resulting in watt savings averaging 50%. The showroom and lot lights were converted to induction lamps, which lowered the wattage per fixture from 1075 watts to 300 watts, a 70% energy savings.
