McCurley Orsinger’s Cruz Appointed to District 1 Grievance Committee

Aug. 5, 2011 - PRLog -- DALLAS – Attorney Monica Cruz, an associate in the Dallas office of the Family Law firm of McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, LLP, has been appointed to the Texas Bar Association District 1 Grievance Committee.

“I have enormous respect for the grievance procedure, and I’m honored to have been asked to be part of this process,” says Ms. Cruz, whose term continues through July 1, 2014.

Dedicated to the review of professional complaints against attorneys, District 1 covers Bowie, Camp, Cass, Collin, Delta, Fannin, Franklin, Grayson, Harrison, Henderson, Hopkins, Hunt, Kaufman, Lamar, Marion, Morris, Panola, Rains, Red River, Rockwall, Titus, Upshur, Van Zandt and Wood counties.

Ms. Cruz’s practice is devoted to the practice of Family Law. Prior to joining McCurley Orsinger, she served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Child Support Division for the Texas Attorney General’s Office.
