The Saint-Gobain owned company achieved certification for two of its products – SPIDERGLASS, Solaglas’ proprietary system, incorporating unique articulated bolts and designed for use in single-glazed applications, and LITE-WALL ISO which is manufactured by sister Saint-Gobain company, Eckelt, and is supplied by Solaglas for use in double glazed applications. Both systems were successfully tested at the GL Spadeadam test centre in Cumbria.
As a direct result of the test certification, Solaglas has supplied one of the systems for installation in the public service areas of London Underground.
