PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 4, 2011 - Las Vegas, NV - You wouldn't want to come across the desert tarantula, bark scorpion or centipede in the midst of a star filled night but you'll be intrigued to learn about the essential role they play in helping to maintain the delicate balance of our desert ecosystem. Get up close—or not!—as the secrets of the Mojave’s most remarkable insects, arachnids and other invertebrates are revealed, only at the Springs Preserve's newest show. They crawl, sting, and hiss. Can you handle the ick factor? Will you squirm in your seat? We guarantee it!

Two live indoor shows daily at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. from August 15 - September 5, and weekends September 10 - 25. Show times subject to change, visit springspreserve.org for details. This new live animal show is free for members or included with General Admission. $9.95 Adults, $4.95 Children 5-17, those 5 and under are free.
