Treasure Trails has written over 800 themed walking, driving and cycling trails and sees South Wales as a key area in its plans for expansion. The company will be attending the South Wales Franchise Show on 15th & 16th September in order to recruit someone to run the business and create fresh, exciting new trails for the area.
Treasure Trails was started in Cornwall in 2005 and aims to get people of all ages outside, exploring their local area and having lots of fun, whilst learning intriguing new facts about their surroundings. Since 2007 the company has grown rapidly and now has a network of 35 regional franchisees UK wide.
In an uncertain global economic climate many potential entrepreneurs are reluctant to take the plunge and start their own business. Opting to buy into a franchise with an established brand and proven business model like Treasure Trails, gives you flexibility and freedom to work for yourself in a growing sector, with all the tools you need and minimal risk.
Managing Director, Steve Ridd MBE explains ‘South Wales, with its beautiful landscapes and fascinating history is the perfect spot to develop more of our fun, interactive trails to really bring this beautiful scenery to life. All of our Treasure Trails’ Licensees gets all the training and support they need to start their own business, including how to write and sell our unique trails.’
David Ingham is the Licensee for Herefordshire and says, ‘It is a pleasure being part of the Treasure Trails 'family'; the business is expanding and forward looking and it is also green, healthy and fun. If you are looking for something different and entrepreneurial why not take the plunge and come and join us.’
