"After a successful seminar series on the West Coast, we are pleased to offer this seminar to solar professionals in New Jersey and the neighboring states. This is such an invaluable educational event," says Dessie Kirilova, the Executive Director of the Solar Education Center.” John Wiles is perhaps the most recognized name in the solar industry for his tremendous contribution to the development of codes and code compliance for PV. The courses are approved for Continuing Education by NABCEP (for re-certification)
The seminar is open to all solar industry professionals – solar installers, electricians, inspectors and engineers. We encourage people involved in the industry at any level to attend this educational seminar. Attendees will also be given informational materials to take home for future reference and NABCEP certified installers will receive credits towards NABCEP Continuing education as well as Continuing education for licensed electricians in the state of NJ. Dr Sean White, Adjunct Professor at Diablo Valley College and partner at the Solar Education Center was quoted saying, "Education is the key to professional growth and success. If you have never seen Wiles, then you are probably not a Solar Professional & if you are a Solar Professional, then you should go see Wiles again, because every time you see the Master, you become more of a master yourself."
"Given the current economic climate, I believe it is important for people to understand that renewable energy is the solution to burning issues, like the disaster in Japan for instance, nature preservation and offsetting our carbon footprint. The Solar Education Center is here to help in any way possible, which may be just as simple as answering a question or providing the necessary information which would help start or support the process," says Dessie. The Solar Education Center provides quality and affordable educational courses, solar and wind training and seminars to professionals and the general public on renewable energy and available avenues of action if one wants to enter the industry and help make the change as well as money doing it.
