Work in service to others has been a series of “Ah-Ha” moments for Jennifer. In fact, her workshop, Journey of the Mind, is the process by which Jennifer manifested each of these “Ah-Ha” moments into her life.
Jennifer’s own journey has been the foundation for the help and healing that she brings to others and most poignantly began with a car accident at the age of 16. Following years of traditional therapies and a bad experience with pain killers, Jennifer learned to “live with” the pain in a very unmanageable way, until the “Ah-Ha’s” began and Jennifer discovered hypnosis for pain management. Hypnosis changed the course not only for coping with pain, but for her life as well. In 2009, Jennifer completed her education at the Academy for Professional Hypnosis Training and opened Vibe Hypnosis.
