PRLog - Aug. 4, 2011 - MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- Hugo Wainzinger is presenting his body of work before being released as an album.
With the collaboration of Rita Fabrizio on flute, David Udolf on piano, and Michaelle Goerlitz on percussion contributing to the overall sound exuding a mood of the love of music, this unique collection of original songs is presented for the first time in San Francisco.
This concert will be held at First Unitarian Church, 1187 Franklin St. at Geary, San Francisco, CA 94109 on August 13 2011 at 1 PM.
Although most of Hugo's orchestral music requires larger ensembles , this concert will showcase some of his more intimate songs.
The musicians playing with Hugo in this show hold a very special place in his heart because of the generosity of their time and support as well as their suggestions to improve the music as they were exposed to the new songs.
The music styles presented in this concert include Latin, Brazilian, Jazz, European Cafe as well as many others with world influences. You'll be thrilled by a romantic waltz, follow by a Choro from Brazil, a Huayno, a Samba, a Candombe or a Jazz Balad.
Although this music could be labeled as Easy Listening because of the memorable melodies people could hum for hours after listening to it, the harmonies are sophisticated yet not so complicated that the general public cannot grasp it.
This special group conveys the emotional message that Hugo had in mind while composing the songs.
Hugo's music is not composed with any particular style in mind but with the state of mind and inspiration of the moment.
This music may not be catalogued as flashy, but it sure is full of emotions.
