Avalor Energy Joins EF Hawai'i

Aug. 2, 2011 - PRLog -- The Entrepreneurs Foundation of Hawai‘i is pleased to announce that Avalor Energy Corporation (AEC) has become a member company.  AEC is a Honolulu based renewable energy holding company that develops large-scale projects and advanced clean energy technologies through its subsidiary companies.

With a donation of equity to EF Hawai‘i, AEC has made a commitment to corporate philanthropy and community involvement.  When AEC has a liquidity event, EF Hawai‘i will sell its shares and will use the proceeds to establish a charitable fund for AEC.  While awaiting the liquidity event, EF Hawai‘i will help connect AEC to community service activities consistent with AEC’s interests and resources.

Frank W. Bachinsky, CEO of AEC, said, “We’re pleased to join EF Hawai‘i and look forward to becoming active participants in Hawai‘i community activities.  In addition to our recent support for EF’s school supplies drive, we look forward to participating in EF’s fall service day at a public school.”  EF Hawai‘i thanks Mr. Bachinsky and the AEC board and team for this generous grant and for the company’s commitment to giving back to the Hawai‘i community.
