Broten Garage Door & Gate is Awarded the Women’s Choice Award by WomenCertified

Aug. 2, 2011 - PRLog -- Though recent studies show that customer service is on a decline in the minds of most consumers, WomenCertified today announced that Broten Garage Door & Gate has been awarded  the Women’s Choice Award by WomenCertified for Excellence in Customer Experience.  Through a WomenCertified Female Sales and Satisfaction survey conducted with Broten Garage Door and Gate’s female customers, WomenCertified found that Broten Garage Door & Gate meets and exceeds their expectations.

Broten Garage Door and Gate participated in WomenCertified's training and certification program in March 2010. Over the past year, WomenCertified kept a close eye on the company to make sure it was adhering to the standards set forth in the program. These standards were confirmed through the WomenCertified survey with Broten Garage Door and Gate scoring excellent in several areas including appointment setting and the type service and manners delivered by their technicians.
