Let Your Foods Be Your Medicine .. A Nutrition Program and a Seminar at Sheraton Montazah

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 2, 2011 - Sheraton Montazah Hotel Alexandria was a pioneer in offering healthy foods amongst Alexandria hotels. This was  based on the fact that consumer demands have changed leading to healthier menus and that such change in eatery offerings was one of the ways that seemed to be crucial for hotels to stay competitive.


For the past few decades, many guests from different nationalities as well as  Egyptians have become  more health conscious expecting healthy dieting options and hotels  without those healthy programs were likely remaining behind the curve.


For those reasons, Sheraton Montazah was keen to present these new concepts to its guests  and show them how well the hotel cares about their health and wellbeing.


A seminar was hence held to shed light on nutrition concepts and know-how, provide  easy ways to improve and manage dieting, weight loss, boost one’s energy level and prevent diseases.


Besides, there was a great food presentation by Hotel’s Chef about the new initiative “  Sheraton Signature Meeting Breaks” where he explained to the attendees the different themed breaks and enhancements which have been developed to sense warmth from their colors, to be approachable, have an eye appeal and to be unique and of upscale quality.


Attendees enjoyed the healthy menus, the informative  seminar presented by Nutritionist Dr. Salwa Shawer, the spectacular live songs followed the seminar and the gorgeous atmosphere of the event.
