PRLog - Aug. 2, 2011 - LOS ANGELES -- Hollywood, CA August 2, 2011

Hollywood personal trainer and bodyguard Mabuo Akwei is offering 6 months of free personal training in kickboxing and boxing in an effort to create a win-win situation for him and the clients, while building up his clientele. Mabuo, who’s starting up his personal training again, after some time off, will offer new clients to pay for only one month and receive free training for the remaining 6 months if clients can refer new clients to sign up. Clients can choose if they want kickboxing or boxing training and all levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced are welcome. Training will be held at a local Hollywood gym location starting in August.
“I have been doing kick boxing and boxing for more than 20 years and it has always been my great passion. I used to train people a lot before but lately, for many years, I have been doing private security as my main source of income and didn’t have as much time to train people. I always missed training people and to see them develop themselves and get in shape. I would now like to devote myself fulltime to my passion and build a business around it. The benefits that come with the training are so great that I would like to give as many people as possible a chance to experience them for themselves. This is why I thought that if I offer free training people will experience how they strengthen themselves in every way; both physically, mentally and spiritually and will let their friends know so they can come and train also. I’m offering free training and of course I also have bills that needs to be paid, just like anybody else, but this is a win-win situation for everybody and will also help me grow my business. Students who don’t want to take advantage of the referral offer can of course just sign up for the regular program says Mabuo”.

Kickboxing and boxing training is known to give some of the best workouts since the training is very versatile and involves the whole body. The exercises incorporate speed, power, endurance, flexibility, reaction, breathing, relaxation, coordination, interval training etc. Apart from improvement in these areas the physical benefits one receives from the training includes fat burning, increased energy, improved balance and stamina, a stronger heart and of course the ability to defend oneself. Besides the obvious physical benefits, the mental as well as spiritual benefits are just as great. They include increased self confidence, mental strength, focus, clearer thinking, reduced stress, and an overall positive attitude that comes from the right balance between the body, mind and spirit.
