The artist, whose fourth album, “Four The Record,” will be released on Nov. 1, headlines an evening that opens with performances by Justin Moore and Randy Rogers Band.

Headlining the Pirates of the High Seas Fest, held over Columbus Day Weekend October 7-9, is Miranda Cosgrove, the high-energy iCarly starlet who will sing her catchy tunes at Aaron Bessant Park at 2:00 p.m. on Oct. 9.
