Software Company Launches Referral Program for Payroll Software

Aug. 1, 2011 - PRLog -- Patriot Software, Inc., has rolled out a Referral Program to spread the word to small business owners about Patriot PAY online payroll software.

The company will pay referrers $25 for each unique business customer who becomes a paying customer of Patriot PAY.

According to Mike Wheeler, Patriot business/legal analyst, this inventive program combines electronic and word-of-mouth advertising with advances in technology.

“Our payroll software has the highly sought combo of being better, faster, and cheaper. So we’ve created a cutting-edge referral program where we pay and cross-promote referrers who advertise our product to potential customers,” Wheeler said.

Here’s how the Referral Program works:
Participants choose from a list of Patriot PAY logo or graphics and post a graphic to a web page they can control, such as their website and/or a Facebook page. Any visitor who clicks on the Patriot PAY graphic will receive a code for free payroll software service. If the visitor becomes a paying customer of Patriot, the referrer receives a check for $25. Patriot also promotes referrers on industry job boards and gives employers free job postings.

Any income participants earn from the Patriot Referral Program will be reported on the IRS 1099 Form at year-end.
