Aug. 2, 2011 - PRLog -- West Berkshire Bahá’í Myra Erbenova recently used ducks as an innovative way of showing children all about unity and serving others when she gave a lesson at a local Newbury school.

Myra regularly gives lessons throughout West Berkshire, teaching various age groups about the Bahá’í Faith.

She said: “I love going into schools and using fresh and innovative ways of bringing the Bahá’í Faith to life. To illustrate the fact that Bahá’ís all over the world work towards unity and serving others, in this case I read a story about a duck where the duck is contemplating what to do with her life. She finally decides to help the old ducks that are too weak to find their own food.

“The duck story made it a very interactive class, even though the children were only aged four and five. This was something which the children could identify with.”

If you would like to know more about Myra’s lessons or the Bahá’í Faith in general, please call the West Berkshire’s Bahá’í Community on 07964 676461 and leave a message or look at http://www.tvbahai.org.uk
