Aug. 1, 2011 - PRLog -- As more expats move to China for business, many are using local social networks to adjust to their new environment, expand their contacts and find out information.

Top among social networks used by expats are a group of hyperlocal social networking websites that are part of Asia Stuff Media, Ltd., based in Hong Kong.

Each website is designed make it easy for expats to network in China's largest cities.  Primary sites that are part of the Asia Stuff Media network are: Beijing ( http://www.bjstuff.com ) Guangzhou ( http://www.gzstuff.com ), Hong Kong (http://www.hongkongstuff.com ) Shanghai ( http://www.shanghaistuff.com ) and Shenzhen ( http://www.shenzhenstuff.com ).

Because each website is in English and focuses on a specific city, it's easier for expats to expand their network, get their questions answered about doing business in China and to discover local networking events.

Launched in Oct. 2007, Asia Stuff Media websites have attracted over 80,000 members in cities across China making them the country's largest localized, English websites.
