From a panel of 10,000 independent members of the public questioned by market research agency The Nielsen Company, 25% liked the ‘creativity and design’ of the catalogue, and indicated they would be ‘likely to respond’ to the mailing. 25% also said they would keep the brochure ‘for future reference’, as well as being happy to ‘show it friends/family’ Pia Jewellery retails silver jewellery and accessories online, on the high street and via mail order.
