Call For Entries - International Art Competition

ArtSceneToday.com is accepting entries to our current international online art competition. Our juried competitions recognize excellence in the visual arts among emerging and mid-level artists from around the world.  

THEME: Evolution of Revolution... an exploration of art as a medium for change in today's society. Throughout history, art has been used as a medium of change in action or mindset.  We invite artists to show us how this has evolved in today's society to deal with issues like social injustice, education, the economic crisis, war/peace, the environment or basic human connections.

DEADLINE: September 19, 2011

AWARDS:  All selected entries will appear in the ArtSceneToday.com online Juried Exhibition and be included the printed Art Scene Today Exhibition Catalogue with the 1st Place Winner used as the cover art and 2nd Place the back cover art.  All winners will have an artist profile spread online and the printed catalogue.

Additionally, unlike most competitions, all participating artists get exposure online throughout the call for entry period  via the homepage slideshow of entries.   Submissions are posted as they come in...so the sooner artists participate the sooner their work can be seen.
