Top Six Insider-Traded Stocks in the Computer Software & Services Sector

July 29, 2011 - PRLog -- Insiderslab.com today released equity research reports for Microsoft , Oracle , Adobe , Tibco , BMC  & CA .  According to the Moody’s report, Microsoft and Oracle are among the Top 10 cash holding corporations. "Even with near-record-low interest rates and high levels of corporate-debt issuance, companies are adding little debt on a net basis," the debt rating service said.

The threat of losing much of that cash to Uncle Sam may be the reason that an estimated 70 percent of the collective cash balances of U.S. tech companies are being kept offshore.

As of July 28th, 2011 the NASDAQ Telecommunications Index is 1438.69, which is down slightly from its monthly high. InsidersLab.com also observed that the insider trading buy ratio simultaneously dropped slightly. In fact, there were 90 companies that had filed insider trading Form 4 with the SEC during the past month. This is a slight decrease when compared to the 70 companies that filed during the previous period.
