Lee & Associates Welcomes Three Associates to Newport Beach Office

With more than 15 years of combined experience, Judd Hietbrink, Wyatt Prichard and Justin Wegnes specialize in industrial and office brokerage.

Prior to joining Lee, Hietbrink began his career with Fransmart, franchising Zpizzas and Firkin English Pub concepts before he moved to CIP Real Estate to work on their multi-tenant industrial and office properties. With a focus on sales and leasing of industrial properties, Hietbrink’s expertise is in North County, where he works closely with tenants to align their business plan with their industrial and office needs. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) as well as American Industrial Real Estate (AIR).

Prichard, who with over a decade of professional experience with CIP Real Estate, where he oversaw the leasing and marketing of its 1.5 million square foot portfolio in Southern California commercial real estate, prides himself on his personalized and focused negotiation approach. A member of NAIOP and AIR, Prichard has extensive experience leasing and selling a broad range of product types throughout Southern California.

Wegnes, who specializes in office and industrial properties, brings enthusiasm and commitment to his work. He provides a high level of service to his clients with the reassurance that they are being well represented. Wegnes acts a single point of contact throughout the transaction process by offering a wide array of services; he seeks out optimal real estate solutions and oversees the business permitting process, tenant improvements and implementation of relocations. He is also a member of AIR.

Hietbrink received his bachelor’s degree from Vanguard University; Prichard graduated cum laude from California State University, Fullerton; and Wegnes obtained his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach.
