Grimsborgir Guest Houses comprises of 6 houses in total, each with its own special qualities. The guest houses include two apartments; one large apartment and one small apartment. The large apartment holds 4 bedrooms (sleeping up to 7 people) a large kitchen, dining room, fire place, lounge, TV room, large bathroom with both shower and bath tub, and guest toilet. The smaller apartment holds 2 bedrooms (sleeping 4 people), a living room, kitchen, and a bathroom with shower.
Among the other houses includes a similar guest house but features two hotel rooms with a bathroom; and a cottage of 130 square metres that accommodates up to 10 people. In addition, every house includes its own hot tube located on the porch.
