A former University of Northumbria student, Michael originally hails from Ellesmere Port, in Cheshire.
The Commercial Property Department at Latimer Hinks is led by a team of three Partners, Tim Haggie, Neil Stevenson and Nicola Neilson, each with proven track records in the field.
Such services as option agreements, negotiations with developers, developer agreements and advice for landlords and tenants, are delivered to Clients in the North East and across the country, as well as to overseas investors looking to establish property portfolios in the UK.
