During the course of the competitions, the participants undergo a number of practical tests that is similar to their job mechanisms and processes. The winners in the local contests will qualify to take part in the regional contests to be held in Dubai in addition to receiving a certified recognition from Nissan Jordan.

The winners were selective based on their performance and interaction during the contest. The 2011 NISTC was granted to engineer Seif El Din Qteishat, the NISAC to Mr. Jihad Nassibeh and the NIPEC to Walid Zughayer.
