LOCAL SAVANNAH ENGINEERING FIRM RECEIVES GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION PREQUALIFICATION

Savannah, GA July 25, 2011 — Kern-Coleman & Co., LLC, a Savannah multi-disciplinary engineering, landscape architecture, architecture and surveying firm has received prequalification from the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) for several area classes including landscape architecture, architecture, facilities for bicycles and pedestrians, land surveying and several area classes regarding erosion and sedimentation control.
Prequalification allows professionals to provide services to the Georgia Department of Transportation. To become prequalified, consultants must demonstrate competency to a review panel via a detailed application process for each area class. Prequalified consultants throughout the State of Georgia are listed on the GDOT website
