Therapeutic massage for pain and chronic health issues.  Deep tissue massage to loosen stubborn knots that keep you tied up and tense.  

Michelle is licensed and has been a massage therapist since 1996.
She is Originally from Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Michelle
attended Arizona school of integrative studies in Cottonwood, AZ and received a
Bachelors degree in Health Education from Northern Arizona  in Flagstaff.
She was voted Best Massage Therapist in 2003 in St. Augustine.
Michelle teaches anatomy and physiology at the Arlington School of Massage in Jacksonville. She has taken numerous advanced continuing education classes, and
always looking to learn new techniques in massage.
