The office will provide a base for the team of social workers who look after all of the Blue Sky foster carers in West Sussex, Brighton and East Sussex. All of the training for existing and new foster carers will take place at the new office.
This is a really exciting time for Blue Sky Fostering who recently achieved their second consecutive Outstanding report from Ofsted, as they welcome their new Regional Director of Operations Clive Scillitoe and their new Regional Foster Carer Co-ordinator Kim English to the team.
Clive, Kim and the team will now be able to offer an even better level of support to their Sussex foster carers and are looking forward to welcoming new foster carers to the Blue Sky team over the coming months to help address the national shortage of 10,000 foster carers.
