By: CTT Consulting Throughout the month of August the hotel will be serving an Iftar buffet for diners to enjoy the generous food and festive atmosphere. Chef Vock has put together an extensive menu for just Dhs 105 that not only includes such favourites as lentil soup, hummus, tabbouleh and kibbeh, but also traditional lamb and chicken dishes as well as a selection of hot and cold desserts. Once Iftar is over shisha fans can relax on the Al Khaimah Terrace with a variety of shisha flavours from 8 pm until 12 midnight. Suhour will be served from 10 pm at Topkapi where diners can tuck into a mix of Arabic dishes for Dhs 75 including service charge and tax. Alternatively guests staying in the hotel can enjoy Suhour in the privacy of their room or suite by ordering from the room service menu especially created for the occasion.
